THERE HAS BEEN A LOT OF CALLS FOR THE 6 INCH
SO HERE GOES AND RIGHT FROM Robert Warren's own words ( with a little
thog of tech notes from Gilles )

Robert Warren wrote : ( right hand corner of the plans sheet )

  4'' and 6'' DESIGN

WHEN USING 4'' PIPE ADD 1'' TO ALL BUBBLER DIMENSIONS AND USE 1'' OR
LERGER VAPOUR INLET.
THE REST IS THE SAME AS 3''.
FOR 6'' DESIGN, DOUBLE ALL DIMMENSIONS AND SIZES OF FITTINGS ( EXCEPT
FOR TEMP PROBE FOR THE VALVE, AND THERMOMETER PROBE WHICH WILL STAY THE
SAME 1/2', FITTINGS.)INTERNAL COIL TUBE USES SAME SPACE FROM END OF
SECTION AND ADD 1'' FOR MORE ROOM IF NEEDED... USE LARGE MARBLES

I have worked out this simple formula :
WE KNOW FROM ZOODLES YEARS EXPERIENCE THAT THE GUIDING FACTOR OF A
REFLUX COLUMN IS ITS SIZE RATIO ( DIAMETER V/S HEIGHT OF COLUMN )

So, the charles 803 has worked for 30 years and won't quit working for
another 3,000 and no matter what we do IT WILL REMAIN THE VERY BEST
( AND WAIT FOR THE RESULTS OF THE TURBO-CHARGER.. THIS BABY WILL WHIZZ
BY, ANYTHING EVER DREAMED OF )
______________________________________________________________________

COLUMN RATIOS FOR THE CHARLES 803'S
DIAMETER = 3 INCHES
HEIGHT OF REFLUX COLUMN = 36 INCHES
SO WE GET A COLUMN RATIO OF 12:1

THEN, WE TAKE THE 12:1 RATIO AND APPLY IT :
3''DIA = 36''HIGH
4''DIA = 48''HIGH
6''DIA = 72''HIGH
8''DIA = 96''HIGH
12''DIA= 144''HIGH
ALL RIGHT, NOW THAT I GOT YOUR ATTENTION,
LET'S DIG DEEPER AND FIND THE PROPORTIONS RATIO THAT WILL GUIDE THE REST
OF THE DIMENSIONS

WHEN WE MOVE FROM 3'' TO OTHER SIZES, WE MUST RESPECT THE ASPECT RATIOS
AND ALL WILL FALL WITHIN A WORKING DEVICE THAT WILL PERFOR WELL
AND WITH A BIT OF PLAYING AROUND, WILL BE A TOP PERFORMER, AND KEEP AT
MIND THAT THIS BABY WOULD COST YOU A HOUSE AND LAND
'IF IT WERE NOT FOR Robert Warren who took the time to bring it to us'
THEN, WE TAKE 'ALL' DIMENSIONS AND RESIZE THEM FOR THE RIGHT
PROPORTIONS:
WE TAKE THE 3'' STILL DIMENSIONS AND
TO GET A 4'' STILL MULTIPLY ''ALL DIMENSIONS''BY 1.33 (1.5 ) IS OK
TO GET A 6'' STILL MULTIPLY ''ALL DIMENSIONS''BY 2
TO GET A 8'' STILL MULTIPLY ''ALL DIMENSIONS''BY 2.6   (3 ) IS OK
TO GET A 12'' STILL MULTIPLY ''ALL DIMENSIONS''BY 4

THE ABOVE IS A RULE OF THUMB, ALSO CALLED HEURISTIC AND WILL BE A GOOD
STARTING POINT.
THIS COMING SUMMER I WILL ( IF ENOUGH BUCKS ) BUILD A GARAGE-SHOP
ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE AND NEXT WINTER, I WILL START BUILDING AND TESTING
STILLS BASED ON ROBERTWARREN'S DESIGN.
THESE WILL BE 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24 iNCH AND WILL BRING THEM TO A
LEVEL OF EFFICIENCY MATCHING THE VERY BEST REFINERY'S UNITS.

I WILL MAKE PLANS AVAILABLE THROUGH Nanda Warren and John D'Angelo if
the agree.
( All my time will be spent developping the babies and I don't get into
sales... To each its own, the rewards will dribble down as custom
designing systems for who wants to pay for them.
I believe we how to Robert to finish what he started since had his life
not been cut so drasticlaay short, he would have most likely followed
that route.)
